Gingerbread City 2025

Reimagining, renewing, and reopening Ontario's Science Centre for the holidays, in gingerbread style! 

We've checked our list twice, and there are over 96,000 wishes this holiday season for the return of our Ontario Science Centre. 

Thank you to the Toronto Society of Architects for the opportunity to participate in Gingerbread City 2025, a fantastical metropolis where you can eat the walls and taste the lamp posts. This year’s showcase is a celebration of all things Canada, with bakers, including Save OSC, finding many tasty ways of showcasing our country in edible form.
